What is eWallet?
eWallet is an instant way to send or receive money using FNB’s Facilities. An FNB account holder can send money to anyone with a cellphone number, the recipient does not have to have an FNB account to receive the money, they can withdraw the money from any FNB ATM. When you send money using ewallet, the recipient will receive an SMS with the details of the transaction and a number they have to dial to withdraw the money from any FNB ATM.
eWallet makes sending and receiving money so easy for both the sender and recipient, the best part is that you can send money where ever you are, you don’t need to go to the bank.

Step 1 – Dial *120*321#
Step 2 – Select ‘Send Money’
Step 3 – Select ‘eWallet’
Step 4 – Select the account
Step 5 – Enter amount
Step 6 – Enter cellphone number, confirm and send
How to eWallet using FNB Banking App. Follow the following steps on your smartphone
Step 2 – Select the ‘Send Money’ tab
Step 3 – Select the account you want to send money from
Step 4 – Enter the amount you want to send
Step 5 – Enter the cellphone number you want to send money to
Step 6 – Select ‘Send’
Step 7 – Confirm
How to eWallet Using FNB Online Banking
Here is how to ewallet using FNB Online Banking
Step 1 – Log into Online Banking
Step 2 – Open the ‘Send Money’ tab
Step 3 – Select ‘Once-Off Payment’
Step 4 – Enter the recipient’s cellphone number
Step 5 – Enter the amount you want like to send to the recipient
Step 6 – Choose the account you want to send from (on the bottom right corner). If you would like to change this, select the orange icon next to the account name.
Step 7 – Review and confirm the transaction
Step 8 – You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) on your registered cellphone number, enter the OTP in the App and proceed.
How to eWallet Using an FNB ATM
Step 1 – Insert your FNB Card into the ATM and enter your PIN
Step 2 – Select ‘More Options’
Step 3 – Select ‘Send or Receive Money’
Step 4 – Select ‘Send Money to eWallet’
Step 5 – Enter your date of birth. Read the terms and conditions and then select ‘Proceed’
Step 6 – Enter the recipient’s cellphone number you want to send money to then select ‘Proceed’
Step 7 – Enter the amount you want to send to the recipient and select ‘Proceed’
Step 8 – Check and verify that all the details are correct and select ‘Proceed’
